MEMBERSHIP

It's that time of year that DAIP collects application(s) and membership dues. The deadline for membership dues is September 1. Dues are delinquent on September 30th.

Please complete the application(s) and mail with your dues to: DAIP P.O. Box 742044, Dallas, Texas 75374-2044. The dues for membership in DAIP/FIWT are $65.00 per year.

NEW MEMBERS, please complete both the DAIP and FIWT applications. All others will complete only the DAIP Membership application.
